-Item must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges:

-If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

-The exchanged item will be sent out after we receive the returned item.

Store Credit:

-If you prefer not to exchange, we offer store credit for returned items.

-Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

-Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
